The Atrium Chinese Restaurant rolls out nine stasty dishes that feature in-season mushrooms and fungi like the prized matsutake mushroom, morel mushroom, scarcodon aspratus, just to name a few. Available from July until September. Highlights include Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup with Black Goji Berry and MatsutakeWok-fried Shrimp Paste Stuffed Morel Mushrooms with Salted Egg Yolk and Sauteed Ostrich Meat with Scarcodon Aspratus and Cordyceps Flowers.
