Celebrate the Chinese New Year with a variety of delicacies from Festive Buffets, Prosperity Set Menus to Chinese New Year puddings, all are ideal for indulging with family and loved ones. On 30 January 2025, the second day of Chinese New Year, dinner patrons at The Atrium Chinese Restaurant and Congress Plus can enjoy the fireworks display extravaganza at the exclusive viewing zone adjacent to the Golden Bauhinia Square.
The Atrium Chinese Restaurant Prosperity Set Menus and A-la-carte Menu
Available from 17 January until 12 February 2025, during both lunch and dinner sessions, The Atrium Chinese Restaurant presents three auspicious set menus and an enticing array of Chinese New Year a-la-carte dishes, featuring premium ingredients and meticulously crafted by Executive Sous Chef Kon Chu Kwong.
The set menus showcase exquisite highlights such as Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Fish Maw and Abalone, Braised Pomelo Peel with Shrimp Roe, Sliced Abalone and Shiitake Mushroom and Braised Sea Cucumber Stuffed with Shrimp Paste and Scallions with Goose Web. A Chinese New Year meal would not be complete without Crispy Fried Chicken, which symbolises good luck and prosperity. The chicken delights with paper-thin crispy skin, succulent and tender meat. To complement the menu, Sakura Shrimps Fried Rice with Crab Meat and Shrimps steals the show, blending flavours of succulent crab meat, delicate sakura shrimp and fragrant fried rice. The set menus are priced from HK$3,900 per table for 6 persons and from HK$7,800 per table for 12 persons.
A delectable ensemble of festive dishes is also on the offer. The Braised Abalone with Conpoy, Goose Web, Shrimps and Seasonal Vegetables (HK$1,088 for 6 persons) that highlights unity and abundance, featuring a harmonious combination of abalone, fish maw, goose web, scallops, shrimp and others. Other Chinese New Year favourites such as Braised Sliced Abalone and Dried Oyster with Lettuce (HK$698 for 4 persons) and Braised Conpoy with Shiitake Mushrooms (HK$368) are auspicious symbols of good fortune in the year ahead.
Other a-la-carte dishes include the Sautéed Prawn with Caviar (HK$248 per person). Using succulent 12-head tiger prawn that is quickly stir-fried to a translucent and smooth texture, accentuated by a generous dollop of caviar. Another enticing option is the Braised E-fu Noodles with Crab Meat and Crab Coral in Soup (HK$298), where fresh crab meat known for its unique freshness, is paired with rich and luscious crab coral and springy e-fu noodles, with each bite releases a rich aroma that keeps you wanting more.
On the other hand, an enticing CNY Fireworks Night set menu is available at The Atrium Chinese Restaurant on 30 January 2025. Priced at HK$988 per person (for a minimum of 2 persons), the menu features exquisite dishes like Pan-fried Hokkaido Scallop in Truffle Sauce, Double-boiled Local Silkie Chicken Soup with Fish Maw and Ginseng, and Braised 6-head South African Abalone with Goose Web and Local Greens. Patrons of CNY Fireworks Night set menu can enjoy the fireworks display at the exclusive viewing zone adjacent to the Golden Bauhinia Square.

The Atrium Chinese Restaurant Auspicious Chinese New Year Puddings
Our talented chefs have crafted four handmade Chinese New Year puddings. For those seeking a savoury bite, the Turnip Pudding with Chinese Sausage, Preserved Meat and Conpoy is a must-try. Best pan-fried to a golden hue, it boasts a crispy crust and a fluffy interior. The Taro Pudding combines premium Chinese sausage, preserved meat and X.O. sauce for a flavourful texture. Both savoury puddings are priced at HK$288 each (Early Bird Offer: HK$238).
For connoisseurs who fancy classic sweet Chinese New Year puddings (HK$208 each, Early Bird Offer: HK$178), one must not miss the fragrant Red Date and Coconut Pudding. The pudding uses Xinjiang red dates, known for their replenishing and calming properties, and is paired with Thai coconut milk and coconut cream, resulting in a velvety soft and silky texture. The Water Chestnut and Sugar Cane Pudding, is a delightful combination of refreshing sugarcane juice and fresh water chestnuts, its subtle sweetness provides a perfect balance, offering a delightful crunch and chewy mouthfeel.

Congress Plus Chinese New Year Buffets
From 28 January to 2 February 2025, Congress Plus offers a delectable feast with auspicious delicacies during lunch buffet and dinner buffet, including Steamed Abalone with Mandarin Peel and Garlic and Wok-Fried Sticky Rice Cake, Lobster with X.O. Sauce. Each patron will receive one complimentary serve of Pan-fried Semi-dried Golden Oyster, Honey Soy on Toast. Patrons can relish in freshly-shucked Oysters, chilled Snow Crab Legs, Brown Crab and Canadian Boston Lobster and more during dinner buffet.
On 30 January 2025, the second day of Chinese New Year, restaurant staff will guide dinner patrons of Congress Plus to the exclusive viewing zone adjacent to the Golden Bauhinia Square to enjoy the spectacular fireworks display for an unforgettable evening.
