The set menus each feature nine courses with highlights like succulent Barbecued Pork, a nutritious Double-boiled Sea Whelk Soup with Shiitake and Matsutake Mushroom, Baked Stuffed Crab Shell and Crispy Fried Chicken. A delicate Longan and Red Date Tea with Peach Gum completes the special occasion, with auspicious Longevity Buns.
