The highlight of the Dinner Buffet is the decadent Chocolate Zone, showcasing a delightful array of chocolate desserts from around the world. Indulge in the exquisite Hot Valrhona Chocolate Mousse and savour velvety smoothness of freshly-whipped French Ganache, which comes in dark chocolate orange, caramel milk chocolate, and milk chocolate with whiskey infusion.

The enchanting "Chocolate Library" presents an assortment of chocolates with different concentrations and origins, ensures there is something to satisfy every palate.

Mother's Day Dinner Buffet
For the Mother's Day Dinner Buffet on 11 and 12 May 2024, guests can enjoy limited-time dishes such as nourishing Double-boiled Abalone and Sea Conch Soup with Cordyceps Flower, Mango Napoleon, and Strawberry Chiffon Cake. Additionally, on Mother's Day evening, all mothers will receive a special mini bouquet. Patrons who make reservations for the Mother's Day Dinner Buffet (12 May) on or before 10 May 2024 can enjoy a 10% early bird discount.
