HKCEC Restaurants Launch Pink Culinary Delights in Support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month for the 12th Consecutive Year
All proceeds to be donated to Hong Kong Cancer Fund’s Pink Revolution after cost deduction
(9 October 2026) Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management) Limited ("HML") is proud to mark its 12th consecutive year of supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month. From now through 31 October 2026, four signature restaurants across the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre—including The Atrium Chinese Restaurant, Congress Plus, Harbour Road Café, and Harbour Kitchen—will offer a specially curated selection of pink-themed dishes. After cost deduction, all net proceeds from the sales will be donated to the Hong Kong Cancer Fund’s ’s Pink Revolution to support its free breast cancer services.
Headlining the initiative are two artisanal dim sum signatures from The Atrium Chinese Restaurant. The “Crystal Pink” Scallop & Spinach Jade Dumplings (HK$72 for 3 pieces) feature a translucent wrapper gently tinted with natural beetroot juice, filled with sweet scallops and fresh spinach. The “Velvet Lava Pockets” Egg Custard Dumplings (HK$68 for 3 pieces), shaped like pink lychees, offer a crispy, springy exterior with a smooth flowing egg custard centre.
At Congress Plus, guests can enjoy the “Pinky Ring” Double Strawberry Cheese Bagel (HK$38), made with a chewy sourdough base and layered with strawberry and cheese for a delightful sweet-and-tangy taste. It pairs perfectly with the “Pink Blossoms” Jasmine Grape Crush Oat Milk (HK$38), a light and fragrant drink that combines jasmine tea, grape crush and oat milk.
Harbour Road Café also offers the “Pinky Ring” Double Strawberry Cheese Bagel (HK$38), together with two exclusive creations. The “Blossom x Dew Refresh” Guava Fizz Drink (HK$55) brings together the natural sweetness of guava and fine bubbles for a refreshing drink, while “The Rouge Garden Bowl” Beetroot and Tropical Fruit Prawns Salad (HK$68) combines plump prawns with fresh tropical fruits and beetroot for a colourful and nutritious light meal.
Capping off the selection is Harbour Kitchen, which presents the “Pretty in Pink” Caramelized Red Berry Hong Kong-style French Toast (HK$50). Guests can enjoy it on its own or as a combo (+HK$18) with either “Pink Bubble” Iced Red Bean Drinks with Popping Pearls or “Pink Blossoms” Jasmine Grape Crush Oat Milk. For those seeking a more substantial meal, the "Pink Harvest" Combo (HK$118), featuring Seafood, Beetroot & Ginger Fried Rice with Iced Red Bean Drinks with Popping Pearls offers a savoury and satisfying alternative.
To support Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, net proceeds from all pink culinary offerings will be donated to the Hong Kong Cancer Fund’s Pink Revolution. Guests are invited to indulge in these curated delicacies while contributing vital support, warmth, and hope to breast cancer patients and survivors.
