Starting from now, the Flavours of Southeast Asia Dinner Buffet showcases an exquisite range of delectable dishes, from appetisers and soups to hot dishes and desserts, each with its own distinct flavour. Beside the Freshly Shucked Oysters, an assortment of top-quality seafood on ice, such as Canadian Boston Lobsters, Brown Crabs, Snow Crab Legs are also available.
During the promotion period, the dinner buffet comes with all-you-can-drink selected house wines, beers, orange juice and soft drinks. Children aged 6 or below are free of charge#. To celebrate Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, Congress Plus presents exclusive festive delicacies and exciting activities, creating unforgettable moments for you and your family.

The bold and refreshing flavours of Southeast Asian cuisine are perfect for cutting through the hot and humid weather and reviving your appetite. The chef team at Congress Plus has crafted an array of dishes featuring seasonal seafood and authentic spices, showcasing Southeast Asia’s signature sweet, sour, and spicy notes. Highlights include the classic Singaporean Wok Fried Chilli Crab. The meaty mud crab is stir fried in a savoury - sweet sauce made with tomatoes, sambal sauce and aromatic spices, which is full of authentic flavour and incredibly appetising. The signature Banana Leaf Baked Sambal Stingray is a must - try hawker delight. The tender stingray is smothered in sambal sauce, wrapped in aromatic banana leaf and baked to juicy, best served with rice. Other seafood highlights including the Singaporean Fish Head Curry and Singaporean Black Pepper Shrimp are sure to delight your taste buds.
Our chefs at Congress Plus have put a twist on the iconic Southeast Asian classic, Hainanese Chicken Rice, by using free range Chicken for its thin skin and tender meat. The silky-smooth chicken is best served with fragrant rice cooked in chicken broth and pandan leaves and paired with ginger scallion sauce, spicy chilli and dark soy sauce, making every bite a classic experience. The ever-popular Singaporean Bak Kut Teh is comforting and invigorating. The fragrant, peppery broth with garlic, herbs, and pork ribs is simmered for 2 hours to get the full flavour from the ingredients, offering a taste of traditional Hokkien cuisine. At the noodle bar, don’t miss out on the hearty Hainanese Beef Noodles or select your favourite ingredients, such as prawn, chicken, fish ball, tofu puff, and cuttlefish, to include in a delicious Laksa.
Other highlights include Sambal Chicken, Char Kway Teow, Malaysian Fried Chicken, Singaporean Satay with Homemade Sauce as well as Nasi Biryani, Shell Curry Puffs and Murtabak from the Indian counter.
The colourful Nyonya pastries such as the soft, gooey and sweet Coconut Sticky Rice with Pandan Custard, Purple Yam Layer Cake, Sweet Coconut Biscuit and Soft Pancake with Peanuts and Sugar as well as Rainbow Ondeh Ondeh are known for their unique flavours and ingredients. The light, soft and fragrant Pandan Honeycomb Cake is a tradition you won't want to miss.
Easter Fun-tastic Buffet
Celebrate a fun-filled Easter holiday with your beloved family at Congress Plus from 18 to 21 April 2025. Lamb Rack with Salted Egg and Black Pepper Crust will be showcased at “The Carvery” live stations for dinner buffet along with the renowned Slow Roasted Dry Aged Prime Beef. Not to mention the luxurious, creamy Cognac Spiked Lobster Bisque as well as the festive desserts such as “Bunny Hop into Happiness” Red Forest Cake and the traditional Hot Cross Buns, creating an eggs-traordinary Easter Feast. Kids aged between 3 and 11 will receive a complimentary Easter Chocolate Drink upon patronage Easter Holiday Lunch Buffet.
