Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management) Limited’s 330-strong food and beverage event management team works closely with event organisers to coordinate every aspect, from menu design and table settings to the presentation itself, creating a strong and lasting impression for guests. The team is responsible for almost 400 banquets annually, and has the capability to serve more than 5,000 guests at one event.
From mid-morning tea and coffee breaks to a decadent wedding banquet, the award-winning catering team creates delicious menus for every occasion, tailor-made to organisers’ requests for Chinese, Asian or Western dishes as well as special diets. Our talented chefs hail from all over the world, bringing their special skills and flair to our well-equipped kitchens.
Our banquet venues have won rave reviews and been voted as the “The Most Favourite Banquet Venue” organised by U Magazine. There is an extensive venue selection, including fifty-two meeting rooms, Bauhinia Room, Chancellor Room, the column-free Convention Hall and Grand Hall ranging from 38 m2 to 3,880 m2 , providing space for banquet style for 12 (one table) to 2,160 (180 tables) or cocktail style for 20 to 3,800. Capacity is 14,500 meals daily.
