I have read and understand “The enquirers and applicant licensees shall not offer, solicit or accept any advantage as defined in the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Cap 201) upon applying for the booking licenses from HML. Enquirers and applicant licensees should report to the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) immediately in case anyone offers to provide information or preferential treatment of any kind, or assist in the venue booking, scheduling, etc. in return for remuneration. Attempted bribery by any person is also an offence in law, HML may refer the case to ICAC for investigation.”
