(9 December 2026) Amid the whirl and merriment of this festive season at our international buffet restaurant Congress Plus, with families and friends from 13 December 2025 to 1 January 2026. Congress Plus will be transformed into a heartwarming Christmas Town, complete with enchanting decorations as well as a bounty of global delicacies, set against the backdrop of Victoria Harbour.

During the promotion period, the festive buffet comes with all-you-can-drink soft drinks and orange juice. Guests can upgrade to a premium package at HK$78 per person with free-flowing sparkling wine, house red and white, house beer and non-alcoholic beer. Children aged 6 or below are free of charge# and children will receive a Christmas gift^ from Santa Claus during lunch buffet on 24 December 2025 and both lunch and dinner buffet on 25 December 2025.

Join our delicacies parade at the Christmas Town with varieties of world's favourite flavours and a selection of timeless festive specialities, from “Santa’s Seafood Shack”, the “Jingle Bell Carvery”, “North Star Sashimi”, “Merry Miso” to “Santa’s Gingerbread House”, all are going to amaze your appetite.

Served on 24 and 25 December’s festive lunch buffet and every night during the festive dinner buffet, freshly shucked Oysters, Chilled Snow Crab Legs, Chilled Boston Lobster, Brown Crabs, New Zealand Mussels and Prawns from “Santa’s Seafood Shack” will thrill all the seafood aficionados for sure. The Red Shrimp Sashimi from “North Star Sashimi” also makes a grand entrance for your dining experience, accompanied by other sashimi treasures including Scallop, Hamachi and Salmon sashimi.  

On 24 and 25 December,Maple-Bourbon Glazed Bone Ham, Double Boiled Sea Whelk Fish Maw and Abalone with Yunnan Ham and Steamed Oasis Grouper with House Made Soya Sauce are available during both lunch and dinner buffet. Don’t miss the lineup of handpicked winter favourite like the succulent Lobster Tail at the Teppanyaki station, luscious Pan-Fried Foie Gras on Toasted with Figs Jam, Cognac Spiked Lobster Bisque and Roasted Lamb Rack with Honey Mustard and Pistachio Herb, available on 24, 25 and 31 December’s dinner buffet.

On other dates during the festive period, relish classic holiday roasts at “Jingle Bell Carvery” live stations, where chefs slice a range of superior cuts of meats at both lunch and dinner buffets, including the authentic Dry Aged Roasted Prime Rib alongside Grilled T-bone Lamb Loin with Tzatziki andClassic Roasted Turkey. During festive dinner buffets, further temptations include Classic Roasted Turkey and Leg Roulade, Live Grilled Assorted Bratwurst Sausage with Sauerkraut and Mustard and irresistible Flame Foie Gras Crème Brûlée and Duck Mousse with Foie Gras Terrine, all are served on selected dates and on a rotation basis. The molten Raclette Cheese adds another spellbinding highlight to holiday spread on selected dates.

At the “Santa’s Gingerbread House”, you will find an array of irresistible treats that capture the joy and spirt of the season. From exquisite Basque Cheesecake features Dark Chocolate, Green Tea, Blueberry, Raspberry as well as Mango flavours to festive sweet treats like “Festive Yule Log” Pistachio Dubai Chocolate, Christmas Pudding with Brandy Vanilla Sauce, Gingerbread Man and Snowman Cookies and so much more, all available to mark the show-stopping finale for this season’s greetings.

New Year’s Eve Special Event

On 31 December 2025, welcome the year 2026 with free-flowing sparkling wine, selected red and white wine, beer, orange juice and soft drinks, snacks and desserts at HK$398 per person (special price HK$300 for patrons at the second seating of New Year’s Eve dinner buffet). Patrons of the New Year’s Eve Special Event will enjoy the fireworks display in the Exclusive Viewing Zone at Golden Bauhinia Square to welcome the new year.
