On 18 February 2026, the second day of Chinese New Year, dinner patrons at The Atrium Chinese Restaurant or Congress Plus can enjoy the fireworks display at the exclusive viewing zone adjacent to the Golden Bauhinia Square.
The Atrium Chinese Restaurant Reunion and Spring Set Menus and Chinese New Year Delicacies
From 1 February to 3 March 2026, The Atrium Chinese Restaurant presents three Reunion and Spring Set Menus, meticulously crafted by Executive Sous Chef Ng Po Ming with premium ingredients. Each dish embodies prosperity and good fortune — the perfect culinary choice for celebrating the Chinese New Year with business partners, colleagues, and loved ones.
Each set of Reunion and Spring Set Menus features a sumptuous eight-course feast, spotlighting refined creations such as Double-boiled Bird’s Nest Soup with Sea Whelk and Bamboo Pith, Braised Whole Abalone (6 Heads) with Shiitake Mushroom in Supreme Oyster Sauce and Braised Sea Cucumber stuffed with Shrimp Paste and Goose Web. No traditional celebration would be complete without our auspicious poultry specialties: Premium Soy Sauce Marinated Loong Kong Chicken, Steamed Chicken with Cabbage in Supreme Broth and Crispy-fried Chicken, bringing blessings of good luck and prosperity. The journey concludes on a sweet note with Warm Sweetened Walnuts Cream Soup with Black Sesame Dumplings, symbolising joyous reunion and harmony. Available for both lunch and dinner, the set menus are priced from HK$3,900^ per table for 6 persons and from HK$7,800^ per table for 12 persons, with an option to add a 2-hour free-flow of soft drinks and chilled orange juice for an additional HK$88^ per person.
In addition to the Reunion and Spring Set Menus, an array of Chinese New Year Delicacies is available from 6 to 22 February 2026. Among the highlights is Steamed Tiger Garoupa with Egg White (HK$438^). Elegantly draped over a silky bed of steamed egg, the fresh garoupa resembles wings in flight. Expertly steamed, it is tender and moist, a quality perfectly complemented by the silky egg beneath. Other auspicious dishes are sure to delight, such as: the Braised Chicken with Spring Onion and Ginger in Clam Sauce, (HK$258^ for half, HK$468^ for whole); the Braised Whole South Africa Abalone with Goose Web in Supreme Oyster Sauce (HK$188^ per person); and the Braised Pork Knuckle with Lettuce (HK$288^).

Sharing traditional Chinese New Year Puddings with loved ones is a cherished ritual of the celebration. To satisfy savoury cravings, The Atrium presents the indispensable Turnip Pudding with Chinese Sausage, Preserved Meat and Conpoy, and the rich Taro Pudding with Chinese Sausage, Preserved Meat and X.O. Sauce. Both savoury puddings are priced at HK$288 each (early bird offer: HK$248 each).
