Information provided under the Premium Wi-Fi Subscription Form, i.e. email address, is collected by the service provider who is appointed by Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management) Limited (“HML”) to provide the Premium Wi-Fi service for subscribers. The information collected will only be used for the purpose of processing the subscription of HKCEC Premium Wi-Fi. Credit card information collected under the Payment Service Form, i.e. cardholder name, credit card number, credit card expiry date and card verification number, is collected by the payment gateway provider who is appointed by HML to process the payment. The information collected will only be used for the purpose of processing the payment for subscription of HKCEC Premium Wi-Fi. The personal information you submit on the Payment Service Form will be encrypted (a secure means of transmission) when it is sent electronically to payment gateway provider directly. The information provided on the Premium Wi-Fi Subscription Form and the credit card information on the Payment Service Form are not collected or retained by HML.

Please note that it is mandatory for you to provide all required personal data. In the event that you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide you with our services or process the subscription.

The information collected by means of cookies on this online platform about you is collected by the Premium Wi-Fi service provider and payment gateway provider. Such information is not collected or retained by HML.

You have the right to request access to and correction of information held by the service providers about you.
