Indulge in a variety of delicious dishes, from high-quality seafood, including Lobsters, Prawns, Mussels and Sea Whelk, to classic brunch essentials like the Live Egg Counter and exquisite pastries that are set to tantalise your palate for a relaxed brunch escape!

A kids’ corner with kid-friendly food has been added to the spread, welcoming all kiddos to indulge in an array of delicious, easy bites such as Chicken Nuggets, Mini Burgers, Macaroni and Cheese, Assorted Cupcakes and Mini Donuts. Don’t forget to snap a photo at the animal backdrop for happy memories. Kids aged 3-11 receive a complimentary colouring activity set^. What's more, kids aged 6# or below enjoys the buffet for free!

During the promotion period, guests can enjoy a complimentary glass of Mimosa upon patronage of Harbour View Brunch Buffet. The buffet also comes with all-you-can-drink orange juice and soft drinks, and a premium package at $78 per person to upgrade to a free-flowing package of house wines, sparkling wine, house beer and non-alcoholic beer.

Kick off a laid-back late morning with the live egg counter, from classic sunny-side-up to Smoked Salmon Omelette and a la minute Lobster Egg Benedict, all showcased at the buffet spread, along with freshly made Sandwiches such as Smoked Salmon Mini Bagel and Ham & Brie Cheese Baguette. Our baked pastries surely steal the limelight, indulge in the exquisite Mini Croissant, Chocolate Croissant, Apple Danish as well as Jam Filled Doughnut that will blow your appetite away. 

For hearty hot dishes, western carvery showcases signature Roasted Beef Wellington and Chicken and Bacon Roulade while Homemade Roasted Suckling Pig, Char Siu Poached Egg with Rice and Steamed Garoupa with Tofu & Mushroom will be served at the Chinese section. The noodle bar is offering made-to-order Wonton Soup Noodle and Dim Sum of the day. Other international highlights include Chicken Tikka, Beef Rendang, Thai Wok Fried Squid with Chilli Paste and Holy Basil, as well as vast collection of the Nigiri Sushi and Sashimi from Japanese Station, offering a delightful array of flavours that cater to every palate.

The Quinoa, Pomegranate and Corn Salad, Tuna Niçoise Salad and Assorted Seafood Salad are ought not to miss at the salad bar. Guests can customise their own salad blend with choosing from an array of fresh ingredients such as smoked salmon, cold cuts and cheese.

Using red beans from Hokkaido, Japan, the Takachi Red Bean Roll is the perfect finale of the brunch, complemented by a selection of other delicious desserts such as Mango Pomelo Sago, Citrus Orange Mousse Cake, Mango Crème Brûlée and selection of ice-cream.
