The Atrium Chinese Restaurant Summer in Bloom Menu
From now until 29 September 2026, The Atrium Chinese Restaurant presents the Summer in Bloom Menu, masterfully crafted by Executive Sous Chef Ng Po Ming. Featuring eight dishes that artfully incorporate seasonal fruits and vegetables with classic Chinese culinary techniques, offering a refreshing and appetising escape from the summer heat.
Highlights include the Double-boiled Imperial Eight Treasures Winter Melon Seafood Soup – a whole winter melon hollowed out and slow-simmered with premium abalone, scallops, crabmeat, garoupa fillet, prawns and more to deliver a delicately sweet, soothing broth. Diners can also enjoy the Wok-fried King Prawns with Mango, featuring golden-fried prawn balls tossed with fresh mango and dried fruits, alongside Chilled Five-spiced Beef Shank with Compressed Watermelon, pairing savoury spiced beef shank with compressed watermelon, offers a surprising and delicious mix of sweet and savoury flavours. The feast continues with the comforting Braised Fuzzy Melon stuffed with Minced Pork and Dried Shrimp, elevated by a rich, savoury sauce and topped with dried conpoy, crab roe, and dried shrimp. Guests can also enjoy the Stir-Fried Yam and Champagne Mushrooms, a light and healthy stir-fry showcasing two-color Chinese yam and heritage peppers. For a refreshing finale, the Tofu Pudding with Green Bean and Snow Lotus Seed offers a silky, beauty-boosting dessert that serves as the perfect cool finish to an extraordinary summer meal.

Congress Plus “Flame & Feast‧Seafood & BBQ Delicacy Dinner Buffet”
From 2 July to 27 September 2026, Congress Plus, the global gourmet buffet restaurant presents the “Flame & Feast‧Seafood & BBQ Delicacy Dinner Buffet”. Inspired by camping and barbecues, the buffet offers unlimited serving of lobsters, freshly shucked oysters, other premium seafood and grilled meats. For just an additional HK$78, guests can upgrade to unlimited free-flow of premium bottled beers, red and white wines, and prosecco — perfect for summer gatherings. Plus, Children aged 6 or below dine for free*.

Seafood Specialties: Grilled Lobster Tail with Garlic and Pepper, Baked Lobster Claw in Supreme Broth, Grilled Oysters, Lobster Burger Steak with Nam Jim Seafood Sauce, Teppanyaki Scallop with Garlic Butter and Teriyaki Cod Fillet, and rich Lobster Bisque.
The BBQ Meat Selection: Grilled Wagyu Beef Flank Steak, Beef Tongue Skewers, U.S. OP Prime Beef Rib with Herb Butter Rub, Korean-style Grilled Pork Belly Skewers and Roasted Lamb Rack with Garlic and Herbs.
The buffet also offers an extensive selection of Chilled Seafood, including Freshly Shucked Oysters, Lobsters, Brown Crabs, Poached Prawns, Snow Crab Legs and Sea Whelks. The Sashimi and Sushi Counter serve Salmon, Octopus, Hamachi, Scallops, Red Shrimp, as well as Nigiri Sushi and Assorted Maki Rolls.
The live station features Slow-cooked Beef Cheek and Steamed Mussels in White Wine and Creamy Sauce. Asian delights include Thai Tom Yam Soup, Beef Rendang, Stir-fried Squid with Holy Basil, Murgha Tikka Masala and Roasted Thai Pork Jowl. The Chinese Cuisine counter offers Chinese BBQ, Traditional Chinese Soup, Steamed Whole Grouper, Deep-fried Pork Belly with Red Fermented Bean Curd and Dried Tangerine Peel and daily Dim Sum.
The themed dessert counter echoes the barbecue concept, featuring live BBQ marshmallow with a choice of Strawberry, Pretzels, OREO or Brownie flavours. Other highlights include Baked Mini Banana Boats with Chocolate and Marshmallow, and Tanghulu – a selection of Caramel-dipped Fruit Lollipops to beat the heat. Also not to be missed are the Chocolate Fountain, and locally produced Gelato cups — a sweet ending to the feast.
