(5 October 2021) The Food and Beverage Team of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management) Limited (“HML”) continues to support Breast Cancer Awareness month for the seventh consecutive year with a series of pink treats from now until 31 October 2021.  Launched in support of a worthy cause and promoting educational outreach, all proceeds will be donated to the Hong Kong Cancer Fund’s Pink Revolution after deducting costs.

Four restaurants in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre are taking part in Pink Revolution.  Headlining the Pink Ribbon campaign will be “The One” (HK$300 for 1 pound and HK$42 for 1 piece), an alluring lychee and rose flavoured sponge cake filled with a delicious rose champagne agar, strawberry ganache and berry mousse, garnished with gold-dipped raspberries and white chocolate swirls. Those with a fondness for sweet things will find the Pink Snow Ball (HK$42) an absolute delight with a whole fresh strawberry and mixed berry crunch cream filling in a mochi.  Both “The One” and Pink Snow Ball will be available at Congress Plus and Harbour Road Café.

The Atrium Chinese Restaurant will provide a uniquely pink-infused dining experience throughout October. The Steamed Crystal Rose Scallop and Shrimp Dumpling (HK$60) entices foodies with its “flower blossom”, while our vegetarian option, Steamed Crystal Rose Mushroom Dumpling (HK$60), is also available.

For those who look for local cha chaan tang eats, head on over to popular casual eatery Harbour Kitchen for its luscious Strawberry Hong Kong-Style French Toast (HK$48), adding a generous dollop of strawberry syrup onto the golden crispy French toast.

All food items are subject to 10% service charge (except at Harbour Kitchen and Harbour Road Café). Proceeds after deducting costs will be donated to the Hong Kong Cancer Fund in the name of the worthy cause.
