Complimentary Wi-Fi Service

The HKCEC’s Wi-Fi system is free-of-charge at the centre

At the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management) Limited (‘HML’), we understand that connectivity is vital in today’s world and provides Wi-Fi service for HKCEC’s users and visitors on a complimentary basis.

HML has completed the HK$30 million project of revamping the entire Wi-Fi system at the HKCEC, which enables HKCEC’s users and visitors to enjoy an unlimited, complimentary and high-speed, high-density Wi-Fi experience. Covering all exhibition halls and meeting rooms, front of house areas, foyers and concourses, organiser offices and ancillary rooms, as well as all HKCEC restaurants, the new Wi-Fi system is able to simultaneously support more than 20,000 mobile devices with scalability and allows event organisers, exhibitors, visitors, event attendees and restaurant guests to stay connected everywhere in the HKCEC – from browsing emails and websites, to viewing 4K streaming videos and engaging in real-time social media sharing of HD content.
