Serving Up a Feast of Business Opportunities
HKCEC is the place to be in early September for regionally-based food and hospitality professionals. The 18th edition of Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong X Gourmet Asia brings to the table an array of the latest food and beverage products as well as opportunities to forge relationships and explore new markets.
Demand for high-quality, gourmet foods, wines and spirits is rising throughout Asia as populations become more affluent. Over 300 exhibitors are set to attend this high-profile event, covering 12,000 sq m of exhibition space, and presenting everything from mass-market foods and drinks to gourmet delicacies, and equipment and design products, from around the globe. Visitors, expected to number around 12,000, include decision makers from restaurants, bars, cafes, caterers, supermarkets and specialist retailers in the region.
Show elements include chef master classes and wine tasting, along with industry awards; these help create synergy between exhibitors and buyers, adding to the buzz of this event, regarded as one of the most influential exhibitions of its kind in Asia.
