Asia’s leading food and hospitality exhibition with over 16 years’ track record, opened at the HKCEC in early September, presenting the latest business solutions, exposing buyers to high-quality brands, enabling interaction, and featuring a range of exciting wine seminars, cooking demos, awards and competitions.

Leading brands from around the globe showcased their latest food products and drinks, equipment and supplies to a discerning audience of hospitality heavyweights from Asia, including hotel management teams, restaurant owners, chefs, sommeliers, bakers, high-end food and beverage retailers and institutional caterers.

The three-day show incorporates Gourmet Asia, where buyers experienced food and drinks, including meat and seafood, bakery and confectionary, and premium wines, from the very top end of the dining scene.
