Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong (RBHK) successfully completed another top-notch edition, showcasing the latest offerings in the market, enabling the exchange of ideas and highlighting trends in the industry. The event is the leading fair of its kind in Asia-Pacific and has become the "must attend" show for top-end buyers and industry professionals from Hong Kong, Macau and Guangdong.

More than 350 exhibitors set up shops for the three days of the event; there was everything from glassware to sauces, chilled foods to EPOS systems. Over 19,000 visitors from the hospitality industry came through the doors at HKCEC, with 65% classified as restaurant management. There was plenty to see and do: around 1,600 new products were launched, while more than 100 cooking demos and beverage seminars were staged. The show’s three competitions attracted huge interest: RBHK Young Sommelier, Coffee Power Championship and Young Talents Escoffier.

The next edition of RBHK takes place from 4–6 September, 2018.
