The International Property Management and Procurement Expo made its debut in early November at the HKCEC, attracting more than 8,000 industry professionals. There is keen demand in the market for smart and diversified property management services and related facilities and products. Hong Kong's property management industry is estimated as exceeding HK$100 billion, while the size of the China market is over HK$1 trillion. Technological advancements are bringing about big improvements in operational efficiency and service quality of property management, while there is always a need for renovations.

A total of 216 exhibitors set up shop at the event, showcasing their latest products and services, including refuse and waste recycling management, security control and surveillance systems, cleaning and pest control, car park management, access control systems, and club house management.

The second edition of the Expo will be held at the HKCEC from 29 - 31 August 2022.
