  • Performs all secretarial duties and assists Manager - Marketing and Sales in achieving the objectives of the department
  • Organises and co-ordinates the administrative activities at the highest level by independently arranging and monitoring appointment diary
  • Maintains Manager’s correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction
  • Reviews daily incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Reviews and monitors suppliers’ information to ensure all data and details are being updated to provide clients with complete and accurate materials
  • Co-ordinates and communicates with Marketing and Sales secretarial personnel to efficiently manage the work flow of the office and achieve quality standards and performance


  • Tertiary education preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related industry
  • Good knowledge of administration and secretarial field
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin would be advantageous
  • Good interpersonal skills and organizing skills
  • Able to communicate with different level of person and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
