Event Co-ordination Officer (1-year contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Plans and performs testing and validation in the development and implementation process for the CMS and ticketing system
  • Collaborates with the IT team/vendor to identify business needs and develops/delivers programs to meet those needs
  • Raises tickets and maintains updated ticket statuses and documents progress on all issues and following through to resolution
  • Prepares guidelines and conducts trainings for users
  • Sets up and refines system reports

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in entertainment management or other related fields is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in ticketing or other related industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CMS, HTML/CSS and JavaScript is preferred
  • Good customer relations and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and organising skills
  • Strong logical and analytical mindset
  • Able to multi-task
