Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Replies customer enquiries and complaints properly and efficiently at both Information Counters and records them in the “Comment and Suggestion” form for reference and follow-up action on a daily basis
  • Performs Hong Kong Ticketing Box Office services at counters, including cash or credit card transactions, exchange for tickets, refunds and amendments of ticket details
  • Communicates customer enquiries and unsolved issues with the designated departments
  • Offers on-site support to the events by checking whether the event set up is properly done, greeting with the organiser and responding to any requests during the event
  • Performs venue checking such as lighting, maintains the lobby area in good condition and notices departments concerned to follow up

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in hospitality, customer services or other related fields
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer services in a comparable industry
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, presentable and service oriented
  • Good team player and proactive
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin would be advantageous
