Assistant Manager - Facilities Planning Maintenance

  • Monitors and ensures all contractors’ works were carrying out in a safe and quality manner and complied with standards and specifications
  • Assists in all renovation projects or ad hoc operation assignment issues
  • Monitors contractors and liaises with technicians on routine operation and maintenance
  • Oversees maintenance activities are upkeep for building assets in a hygienic and efficient condition
  • Exercises tendering and contract administration and enforcement of contracts
  • Reviews repair and maintenance R&M activities and handle all daily quotations and invoices
  • Gives recommendations and provides supports in costs effective ways on daily operational level
  • Co-ordinates with external parties and government departments related to operation and maintenance issues in HKCEC


  • Degree in Building Surveying / Building Studies / Architectural Studies/ Construction Management or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience of building maintenance
  • Good communication and people management skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Project and AutoCAD
  • Willing to attend 24-hour emergency calls
