Assistant Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Administering the recruitment and selection process by screening applications and conducting interviews to maintain adequate manpower
  • Processing separation movement and conducting exit interviews for separation employees
  • Interpreting and advising employees on human resources policies and procedures and use of human resources related documents
  • Implementing and organising employee activities to maintain good employee relations
  • Providing assistance to superiors to achieve quality outputs at Human Resources Department

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or Hospitality Management
  • 3 years’ business or administrative experience, at least 2 years’experience directly related to human resources / personnel field
  • Knowledge of Employment Ordinance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, preferable with knowledge of Putonghua
  • Computer literacy, experience in Oracle HR System will be an added advantage
