Our Marketing Initiatives always aim at encouraging more rapid growth of existing recurrent events as well as attracting new events.
HKCEC Marketing Initiatives 2010:
| Exhibitions: |
- Exhibitions scheduled in February, May to August and December 2010 enjoy a 26% rental discount.
- To encourage new exhibitions, the Rebate Scheme continues in 2010. New exhibitions occupying over 2,000 sq m gross, and committing to three consecutive shows on an annual or biennial basis receive 40% off the standard rental rates in the first year, 20% and 10% in the second and third years.
- New trade fair with an established international reputation that commit to a two-year licence agreement will qualify for a 45% discount on standard rental rates for the first two years.

| Conferences and meetings: |
- 2010 Meeting packages in various price ranges have been launched.
- Conventions using Forum Packages can choose the existing Halls 3B, 3G and Hall 5G. A 26% rental discount will apply in February, May to August and December to the Forum Packages.

| Entertainment events: |
- Special Entertainment Packages for live performances, usually seated and for which tickets are sold for admission purpose, are available. A 26% rental discount will apply in February, May to August and December.
