HKCEC Marketing Initiatives (valid until 31 Dec 2013):
| Exhibitions: |
- Low Season Scheme: Exhibitions scheduled in February, May, June, July, August and December enjoy a 25% rental discount.
- New Exhibition Rebate Scheme: New exhibitions occupying over 2,000 sq m gross, and committing to three consecutive shows on an annual or biennial basis receive 40% off the standard rental rates in the first year, 20% and 10% in the second and third years.
- New International Trade Fair Incentive Scheme: New trade fairs with an established international reputation that commit to a two-year licence agreement will qualify for a 45% discount on standard rental rates for the first two years.

| Conferences and meetings: |
- Full day and half day Meeting packages in various price ranges are available.
- Conventions using the Forum Package can choose Halls 1A, 3B, 3C, 3G and 5G. Low Season Scheme of 25% rental discount applies in February, May, June, July, August and December.

| Entertainment events: |
- Entertainment Event Packages for live performances, usually seated and for which tickets are sold for admission purpose, are available. Low Season Scheme of 25% rental discount applies in February, May, June, July, August and December.
