If you need any help or information while visiting HKCEC, you'll find all the answers at our new Information Counter at Harbour Road Entrance. The counter was relocated to its new, permanent position following our expansion, and the facility is providing a range of services, including the Hong Kong Ticketing Box Office. Another Information Counter is located at the Expo Drive Entrance, offering all visitors the same full range and high standard of services.

Both counters have recently installed a Teleloop System designed to help hearing-impaired guests to the Centre. This assistive listening system is designed to make it easier for the hard of hearing, and enhance their experience at HKCEC.
