HKCEC cooked up a storm at the recent Hong Kong International Culinary Classic, winning a potful of medals. We picked up two individual gold medals and another gold in the gourmet team division, plus three silver gongs and four bronze. In addition, at the Global Chef Competition, HKCEC won a bronze medal.
