Asia Funeral Expo & Conference (AFE) is the first and largest International Expo and Conference in Asia which is held annually in May since 2008. AFE is a professional & international funeral platform for Networking, Sourcing, Sharing and Learning. With covering all professional areas of the industry, the event comprises of three main elements: trade expo, conference, networking activities. Major Industrial player and professionalism are gathering in AFE to share and exchange the update news of the industries annually.
AFE2011 attracted over 2,400 buyers, delegations, associations, officials and funeral professionals from 34 countries and regions attending the event. AFE will celebrate its 5th anniversary in 2012 with the following highlights:
‧AFE Awards presentation: to recognize, promote and encourage Asia-Pacific funeral enterprises which is actively involve, seeking breakthroughs, innovative and sustainable development.
‧International Conference: market leaders and professionals are invited to share their business knowledge and wisdom, covering topics like funeral ceremonies, embalming and cremation, the contents of new generation of media and networking will be first introduced in the conference.
‧Diversified fairground activities: a newly “Innovation zone” to showcase and demonstrate the innovative design, new products, and technology and services to the funeral market. “AFE Classroom” to demonstrate different technical and share knowledge with the participants.
‧Focus Country: Australia is focus country of AFE2012. The annual meeting of Australia National Funeral Directors Association (AFDA) will be first time moved to Hong Kong and it is expected over hundreds of top executives from Australia will be cluster in Hong Kong. This can promote cultural exchange between East and West.
