When it comes to organising events, the team of event managers is experienced in planning and coordinating conferences and meetings of all sizes. The Centre has hosted some the most internationally renowned conferences, such as the IMF World Bank Conference 1997, the WTO Hong Kong Ministerial Conference 2005, the 88th Lions Clubs International Convention 2005, the World Ophthalmology Congress 2008 and Sibos 2009.

Located in the heart of one of the world’s most vibrant cities, the HKCEC provides a complete venue solution for all types of conferences or meetings. Not only is there a venue for almost any capacity, but the HKCEC is also extremely well prepared to address every event request. The Centre can accommodate up to 20,000 delegates and has a broad range of facilities including state-of-the-art lighting, provisions for stage rigging and an advanced simultaneous interpretation system.

With visa-free access for nationals from numerous jurisdictions, Hong Kong draws huge numbers of delegates from Mainland China and all over the world helping to build a conference into a globally recognised event.
