Hong Kong is well on the road back to recovery after a difficult year, and we want to continue to play our part wherever possible. In this respect, for 2004 we are once again freezing charges for all our event services, and most charges for equipment hire. What's more, for some of the more commonly used AV and telecom equipment and services we are actually reducing hire rates. These include items like VHS Video Cassette Recorders, LCD Projectors, DVD Players, Wireless Microphones, Broadband Internet services, etc.
