To help visitors to the HKCEC locate events more easily, we have installed a new HK$1 million Event Directory at the Harbour Road Entrance. The Directory is made up of four individual plasma screens, which when put together create an unmissable giant screen measuring 3.2 metres wide and 2.8 metres high. Each of the individual screens is dedicated to a specific venue or group of venues, with one serving the Grand Hall, the Convention Hall and Theatres, one the Exhibition Halls, and the other two covering the Centre's range of meeting rooms. Events, times and venues are all now simply and clearly displayed at the entrance, making it easy for visitors to locate their event and confirm its details. Next time you arrive at the HKCEC's Harbour Road Entrance and are unsure about your venue -- just look up!
