the Golden Bauhinia is showing its appreciation by introducing new
Healthy Set Lunch and Dinner Menus. Priced at HK$1,680 (lunch) and
HK$2,180 (dinner), these menus serve 10 - 12 persons, and have been
created by award-winning chef Mak Wai Ming. Why 'Healthy'? Because
these new dishes adopt a wholesome, healthy approach to traditional
Cantonese dishes, always using only the best and freshest foods,
with a focus on restorative qualities and low cholesterol ingredients.
Delicious examples include Steamed Sea Coconut stuffed with Mashed
Shrimps and topped with Crab Roe, Sauteed Tientsin Pear and Roast
Duck with Honey Sauce, Simmered Herbs with Spot Garoupa in Fish
Soup, Braised De-boned Chicken Wings with Pumpkin and Homemade Chili
Sauce, and Sauteed Ostrich Fillet with Chinese Herbs.
And to encourage
better health and improved air quality, the Golden Bauhinia is
offering special discounts to non-smoking SME diners, including
a waiving of the 10% service charge and a free dessert for each
patron.
