More prominent signage please
Q1. "We were expecting much more prominent signage for our event at the Harbour Road Entrance." (Hong Kong Economic Times)
A. We agree that the Harbour Road Entrance is a major portal for users, and we are working to improve the information available there. One important development has been the erection of a large and prominent plasma-screen Event Directory at the entrance, clearly visible and easily readable. Because it draws the attention of all users as they enter, it is proving the ideal means of disseminating information about events.

Trouble reaching venues

Q2. "Some of our guests had trouble reaching venues. More signs should be provided." (ICAC)
A. With a view to speeding guests quickly to major venues, we are installing new metal signs in the foyer of Theatres 1 and 2. These will be large, clear, and unambiguous, and designed to direct efficiently without cluttering the visual landscape. We always welcome your feedback on ways to streamline the movement of guests around the venue.
