In this section, you'll find our responses to a few of the issues
that come up for organisers, exhibitors and those attending shows
at the HKCEC. We want your event to run 100% smoothly, so we make
dealing with these issues a priority from the moment we receive
your feedback.
But we don't
want to give the impression that negative feedback is the norm --
it isn't. So, beginning with this issue we are also presenting a
selection of some of the 'bouquets' we have received recently. We
are especially proud of these comments and appreciations because
many of them came at the heart of the SARS crisis, when public confidence
was low. We like to think we have played a small part in helping
individuals and businesses in Hong Kong get through a difficult
time.
