| Customer
feedback has always been a crucial part of the HKCEC's drive
to improve its facilities and services. We believe that the
better our channels for obtaining your feedback, the faster
and more efficiently we can put improvements into place. Recently,
we have developed new electronic and printed questionnaires
for HKCEC users to register their opinions. Providing a more
finely-tuned and detailed range of questions and a more flexible
rating system, these new questionnaires are already proving
their worth in our post-event evaluations. |
