BREAKING NEWS

The new-look Congress Restaurant now provides a new experience for buffet lovers with its first-ever Sunday Brunch Buffet, running every Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm. Designed for those who enjoy mixing and matching their food from a wide range of tempting and appetising dishes, the Congress Sunday Brunch Buffet offers lighter fare than the popular Congress dinner buffets but maintains the same impeccable standards of taste, freshness, and creativity. In an environment which is becoming one of the city's favourite dining scenes, guests can now enjoy food that combines fun and flavour in a leisurely Sunday atmosphere.

The relaxed, hands-on mood at Sunday Brunch in the Congress springs partly from the many opportunities for personalising your menu. At the DIY Health Juice and Fresh Fruit Juice Counter, for example, guests can mix and blend their own drinks, using unusual ingredients such as cucumber, carrot, celery and bitter melon. Or they can stand and watch as their personally Selected Homemade Pasta dish, whether angel hair, spaghetti, penne, fettuccine or fusilli, is prepared in their favourite sauces before their eyes. For those who enjoy the finest luxury foods, the Congress Brunch menu even includes exquisite Black Truffles, and the difficult to find but mouth-wateringly delicious Tenpanyaki Wagyu Beef, again prepared as you watch. And, of course, all the usual brunch essentials can be found, from bacon and eggs to yoghurt, from oysters to sausages, from salads to soup.

The new Sunday Brunch Buffet at the Congress offers the finest ingredients in the finest surroundings, all in a relaxed family atmosphere. And to make it even easier for you to enjoy this great experience, we now offer complimentary valet parking at the HKCEC's Harbour Road Entrance during brunch hours.
