Replacing the former Pacific Rim restaurant, the Bauhinia Room will be a dedicated function room that can cater for banquets and private parties, weddings and anniversary celebrations. Taking full advantage of stunning vistas across the harbour, the new venue will boast floor-to-ceiling windows and a ceiling height of 4.8 metres at its apex, yet is designed to create an intimate and comfortable atmosphere. At full capacity, the Bauhinia Room can cater for banquets for over 30 tables, yet its design allows it to be subdivided into three separate function rooms to suit the scale of your particular event. It is supported by an excellently equipped modern kitchen where our award-winning chefs will be on hand to create the dishes of your preference, whether in Chinese or Western cuisine.
