Emerging at the beginning of October will be a new-look Congress Restaurant to reflect the international flavour of the HKCEC itself. With a special focus on diverse and high quality food, the Congress Restaurant will be the place to go for a truly international culinary experience, offering fine food and wines from around the world within its modern and elegant environs. Retaining its spectacular panorama of Victoria Harbour, the brand new Congress will offer an à la carte luncheon menu and sumptuous buffet dinners in the evening. Its special ambience and excellent cuisine will also make the Congress Restaurant an ideal venue for hosting parties and business gatherings.
