The HKCEC has now introduced a Venue Booking Hotline service to guarantee direct customer access to our executives during working hours. After calling the number -- (852) 2582 1111 -- customers are prompted to select language and event type and are then connected directly to an appropriate executive. Customers wishing to speak to a specific staff member will be given a four-digit extension number, designed to switch automatically to another executive should that staff member be unavailable.

All booking details are immediately entered into a computerised interactive marketing system, incorporating comprehensive databases that assist in planning and disseminating information. Requested material such as floor plans and meeting package proposals can be e-mailed or faxed to a potential client while he or she is still on the line. It's a system that makes for highly efficient customer relations management, delivers fast response times, and maximises manpower resources.
