Customers
of corporate events will receive an electronic questionnaire the
next day their event finishes. This feedback will be automatically
directed to management for evaluation and follow-up, and will be
incorporated in our monthly customer survey process. We find the
e-questionnaire a good medium for collecting customer suggestions
for improving our services; in addition, positive feedback always
provides a great source of staff encouragement and motivation. Customers
of major events are invited to attend post-event critique or focus
group discussions to express their opinions.
