Seasonal Shanghainese Crab (from now until 15 Dec)
New Shanghai's Head Chef Kon Chu-kwong has meticulously selected quality hairy crabs from Lake Tai and taken his expertise in a new level and creates innovative hairy crab dishes for your savoury.
The traditional Shanghainese cuisine at New Shanghai is contrasted by the modern design of the restaurant, which features creations from some of Hong Kong’s most celebrated designers. The menu brings together the best of provincial Chinese cooking and all dishes, including the signature homemade noodles and dumplings, are made with the freshest ingredients using age-old methods.
